Common Lands Network, hereinafter the Controller, provides users with this document to comply with the obligations under Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and Electric Commerce Services (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website as to the website’s terms of use.
Every person who accesses this website assumes the role of user, which implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each of the provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as any other legal provisions that may apply.
Common Lands Network, reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website without the obligation to give prior notice or inform users of said modifications, with publication on the website being sufficient.

3. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
The Controller is exempt from any kind of liability arising from the information posted on their website, as long as this information has been manipulated or entered by a third party not belonging to said site.

Users may be redirected to content of third-party websites from the website. Since the Controller cannot always control the content entered on its website by third parties, the Controller accepts no responsibility for said content. This website has been checked and verified to ensure that it functions properly. In principle, its correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Nevertheless, the Controller does not rule out the possibility of the existence of certain programming errors, or the occurrence of causes of force majeure, natural catastrophes, strikes or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the website.
4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This website is subject to Spanish legislation, and in the event of any dispute or claim related to the use of this website, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city nearest Pontevedra (Spain). This clause of express submission to the courts of the city nearest Pontevedra is not extended to cases of dispute with web users who, in accordance with the legislation in force, have the status of consumers, in which case both parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the tribunals and courts of the place of residence of the consumer. Further, in these cases, the provider and the user will be able to submit their conflict to arbitration, as provided for in legislation covering arbitration and consumer and user protection, and procedures for the extrajudicial resolution of conflicts established in codes of conduct and other self-regulatory instruments.
